Legal
Terms
These terms cover your use of the Snappling app and this website. By installing or using Snappling you agree to them.
Your license
Snappling grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on your own devices, as set out below. We keep ownership of the software, name and logo.
Plans and keys
- Free is free to use with the limits shown on the pricing page.
- Pro is a one-time purchase for a lifetime license on 1 device.
- Pro Max is a one-time purchase for a lifetime license on up to 5 devices.
A license key is for you or your team only. Please don't share it publicly or resell it. You can move a key to a new computer at any time from Settings › Plan.
Your content
Your screenshots and recordings belong to you. Snappling doesn't claim any rights over them and doesn't upload them unless you choose to share. Screens can contain private or confidential information, so you are responsible for checking what you capture and where you send it.
What not to do
- Don't copy, resell or share license keys, or try to get around the license check.
- Don't reverse engineer or modify the app, except where the law says you may.
- Don't use Snappling to capture or share things you have no right to, or to break the law.
Third-party services
Features such as sharing, uploads and cloud folders connect to services we don't run (for example Slack, GitHub, Jira, Figma and your cloud storage). Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Payments and refunds
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy. If something is wrong with your purchase, or you can't get a key working, email support@snappling.com and we will look into it.
Updates and changes
We may update, add, change or remove features, and we may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep using Snappling after a change, you accept it.
No warranty
Snappling is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data or profits, arising from your use of Snappling. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
Ending these terms
You can stop using Snappling at any time by uninstalling it. We may deactivate a license that breaks these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, warranty and liability) do so.
